Gaudinat Boivin was founded in 1929. The house is situated in the Vallée de la Marne, where it has been producing wines for more than 5 generations now. Today, Gaudinat Boivin’s vineyards focus on the Meunier Grape.

The house aims to find the right balance between human intervention and the biological cycle of their vineyards.

While their house is located in the Vallée de la Marne, one can find their vineyards on he sunny hillsides of Festigny, covering about 11 hectares spread over the communes.

Our collaboration with the house Gaudinat allows us to create a personalized label for your desired demands as well as adjust the dosage of the Champagne.
