Eye: Golden color, with deep reflections. Dynamic effervescence, fine mousse.

Nose: first complex nose which blends white flowers such as acacia and lime blossom with notes of lemon and citrus peel. We also find aromas of dried fruits such as hazelnuts which blend harmoniously with the pastry and very greedy side of the wine.

Palate: it is deep and elegant, with a very nice amplitude. It restores all the aromatic complexity of the wine. The finish is chalky, it reinforces the freshness of the wine, and gives it nobility which is enhanced by peppery spices at the end of the mouth. The whole also gives the wine great power.
