Description
A blend of the three Champagne grape varieties, but composed mainly of Pinot Meunier, this cuvée has rested for 3 years in the cellars before disgorging and then 8 to 12 months after corking. A more raw and “natural” version of Champagne which allows the aromas of a wine at its peak to be fully expressed thanks to its specific dosage of only 4g/l. (sugar)
